Calling all families! Join us for a funfilled day of food, community, and fundraising.
Chili & Cookie Cook Off:
Sample and vote on chili and cookies made by our talented families!
Prizes will be awarded for the top three chilis and cookies, so bring your appetite and cast your votes!
Virtual Auction:
Browse and bid on items donated by EvCP families and procured by the fundraising team.
The auction opens one week before the event via GalaBid and closes during the event.
Chili Makers: Please prepare a crockpot of chili.
Cookie Bakers: Bring 1–2 dozen cookies (or more… the more people who sample, the more can vote!).
Voting will be done via ballot boxes, with non-competing volunteers tallying the votes.
Auction winners can take items home at the end of the event or pick them up from Mrs. T's office later if not present.

This signup is RSVP only to get a headcount for the event. Another signup will be sent at a later date for volunteer slots and indicate what you will be bringing. Please make sure you RSVP for everyone in your group that will require a seat. Thank you!
